用交变电场法提高光导型光折变材料的二波混频增益

【摘要】 本文通过理论分析和实验证明在光导型光折变晶体的二波混频过程中,交变电场法具有增益高,抗外界振动干扰强,可自动满足最佳增益条件,装置简单等优点,可望的相干光放大,实时光学信号处理,光学相共轭等领域获得实际应用。

【Abstract】 Through theoretical analysis and experiment,it is proved that in two-wave mixingprocesses in photorefractive crystals of photoconductive type.the alternating-electric-field approachhas several advantages over the dc-electric-field and moving-grating methods.It is higher in gain,less sensible to external vibrations.It can optimize the operation conditions automatically,and itis simple in the structure of the device,etc.Practical applications can thus be expected in suchfields as coherent light amplification,real-time optical signal processing,and optical phase con-jugations.
