【Abstract】 In this paper,a developed three-dimensional measurement sys-tem to surface roughness is generalized,and measuring principle,graph scanning mode,correction of form position deviation,drawing of isometric viewand contour map are discussed as well.Besides the drawing isometric view andcontour map for the measured surface by using this system,a few amplitudeparameters characterized roughness for the measured surface may also be calcu-lated automatically.更多还原
