白鱼属鱼类一新种
DESCRIPTION OF A NEW SPECIES OF THE CYPRINID ANABARILIUS
【Abstract】 Anabarilius Cokerell is the largest genus in the Cyprinidae, Cultrinae, According to systematic revision in recent years, there are altogether 16 species and subspecies. The distribution of all these known species is nearly limited ia the drainages of the Nanpan River and Jinsha River. However, we got some specimens from the Yuanjiang River. They are considered to be a new species, which is described as follows. Anabarilius paucirastellus sp. nov. Holotype: No. 86Ⅶ002,total length 105mm, body length 88mm. paratypes: 5 specimens, No. 86 Ⅶ001,86Ⅶ003~006. Both holotype and paratypes were collected in July 1986 from Lufeng county belongiing to Yuanjiang River system, Yunnan, China. They are deposited in the Institute of Hydrobiology, AcademiaSinica and Department of Biology, Yunnan University. D iii,7-8); A. iii, 8; p. i, 15-16; v. i, 8. L. I. 80(?)82; predorsalscales 34~38; circumpeduncular scales 32~34. gill rakert 7~9. pha-rngeal teeth in three rows, vertebre 4 + 37~38. Depth 4.5~5. 2(average 4.8)in body length, head 4.0~4.2 (4.05), length of caudal peduncle 5.2~5.4(5.3), its depth 10.5~12.6 (11.2). Snout 3.2~3.5(3.4) in head, eye 3.8~4.2(4.1), interobital space 3.0~3.3 (3,1). Depth of caudal peduncle 2.0~2.2(2.1) in its length. Body elongate, slightly compressed, completely covered with rather small scales. Abodomen keeled from venatral to vent. Head smaller. Mouth terminal. Barbels absent. Lateral line strongly decurved, running low at each side of the body, extending to middle of the caudal peduncle. Dorsal fin without spinous ray, just inserted midway between tip of snout and base of caudal. Caudal deeply emarginate and lobes pointed. phanyngeal bone slender, teeth slightly compressed, tip pointed with terminal hooks. Airbladder bipartite, posterior part rounded at end, its length about 2.0 in anterior part. Gill-rekers few, sparsed. peritoneum plack. Body silvery, grayish above, pale or whitish below, with a longitudinal black stripe on the side of body, distinct posteriorly. All fins pale. The new species can be distinguished chiefly by the less number of gill-rakers (7~9) and anal fin rays(8), more circumpeduncular scales (32~34) and the presence of a lateral black stripe.
