【摘要】 用不脱毒的云南机榨白菜型及芥菜型菜籽饼作肉用仔鸡的蛋白质饲料,用量分别为饲粮的8％、10％和12％。10周龄时随机抽样进行甲状腺重、甲状腺组织学变化以及血清中T₃、T₄含量、肝组织学变化和肝功能测定;同时进行饲喂期增重、胴体重、肌肉成分和品质以及染色体畸变检查。结果表明,当菜籽饼饲喂量高达12％时,未发现明显的病理变化和生长发育的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 The undetoxified rapeseed cake of Brassica campestris and Brown mustard were used as protein additives in Starbro broilers’ diet. The ratio of the additives to diet were 8%, 10% and 12% respectively. A group of ten-week old broilers were sampled randomly and were killed for pathological tests involving histological changes of the thyroid gland, serum T₃ and T₄, histological changes of the liver and liver functions, while examinations of the weight inciease of chickens during the experimental period, the carcass weight, the chemical composition and puality of muscle as well as the chromosome aberration were also made. The results showed no conspicuous changes and aberration rections when the ratio of additives in the diet reached at 12%.更多还原
