三种无机锑化合物对动物的致敏作用

【摘要】 皮肤致敏实验表明,金属锑、三氧化二锑、硫化锑均为化学致敏物。致敏豚鼠反复接受锑化物ic后,其反应强度和阳性率逐渐减低。致敏豚鼠吸入锑化物粉尘,可导致间质性肺炎、甚至造成死亡。实验还发现致敏剂量与激发反应强度和致敏阳性率之间存在密切相关。

【Abstract】 It was found that antimony,antimory tricxide and antimony pentasulfide all were chemical allergens in skin sensitiza-tion tests.After having teen challerged by antimony compounds repeatedly,the intensity of skin responses and the number of responsive animal were lowered gradually.Responsive animals might suffer from acute attack of interstitial pneumonia and die after they inhaled antimony compound dust,the role playedby allergic reacfions on lung disorders is worthy roting and further researching.It was also found that the response intensity in repeated challenges and the sensitization rates were correlated with the sensitization concentration of antimony compounds significantly.
