三七总皂甙、人参果总皂甙对老年大鼠心脑组织脂褐质及血清过氧化脂质含量的影响
Main saponins of notoginseng and ginseng ginsenosides decrease the contents of tissue lipofuscin and serum lipid peroxides in the old rats
【摘要】 PNG和PGS 50mg/(kg·d)po,持续三月,能显著降低老年大鼠心肌和脑组织脂褐质及血清过氧化脂质含量(p<0.01),PNG和PGS可升高HDL-C及其亚组分HDL2-C的含量,增加血清HDL-C/TCh比值,对TCh和TG含量无明显影响。结果提示PNG和PGS抗动脉粥样硬化病变形成可能与其抗氧化作用有关。
【Abstract】 Old rats were given main saponins of notoginseng (PNG)and ginseng ginsenosides (PGS)50 mg/(kg.d)per os for three months.The contents of lipofuscin in heart and brain and lipid peroxides were significantly lower than that of control group.PNG and PGS also increased the contents of serum HDL-C,HDL -C and HDL-C/TCh ratio,buthad no effect on the contents of TCh and TG.These results showed that the anti-atherosclerotic effect of PNG and PGS might be related to their anti-oxidation action.
