盐酸木防已碱的抗心律失常作用
Antiarrhythmic effects of trilobine-HCS
【摘要】 TLB5mg/kgip能降低小鼠氯仿诱发室颤的发生率,iv5mg/kg及10mg/kg能提高哇巴因诱发豚鼠心律失常的剂量,对抗BaCl2诱发的大鼠心律失常,推迟氯仿-肾上腺素诱发家兔心律失常的发作和缩短心律失常的持续时间,降低小鼠CaCl2-ACh性房颤的发生率。TLB icv 0.5 mg/kg或iv5mg/kg均能对抗icv印防已毒素性心律失常。
【Abstract】 Trilobine-HCI 5 mg/kg ip decreased the occurrence of chloroform induced ventricular fibrillation in mice, and 10 mg/kg iv also decreased the occurrence of CaCl2-ACh-induced artrial fibrillation in mice. Trilobine-HCI 5 mg/kg iv increased the dose of ouabain to cause ventricular extrasystole, ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest in guinea pigs, converted BaCl2 induced arrhythmias into sinus rhythm inrats for duration of more than 10 min, and delayed the onset and shortened the duration of epinephrine-chloroform-induced arrhythmia in rabbits. Trilobine-HCI 0.5 mg/kg icv or 5 mg/kg iv antagoized the arrhythmias induced by icv picrotoxin.
