【摘要】 随着配戴角膜接触镜的人日益增多,接触镜所引起的合并症也越来越常见。本文通过对戴每日摘除的软性接触镜25例(49只眼)的检查,复习一例因戴角膜接触镜引致角膜溃疡的病例及结合有关文献,对软性接触镜的部份合并症:巨乳头性结膜炎、角膜新生血管及细菌性角膜溃疡作了初步的讨论,在我们的病例中,巨乳头性结膜炎的发生可能与戴镜时间的长短无关而角膜新生血管形成却随着戴镜时间的延长而发生率增加。对任何与接触镜有关的角膜损伤,均应早期积极应用多种抗菌素治疗,以预防细菌性角膜溃疡的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Complications associated with the use of soft contact lenses have increased, paralleling the rising popularity of soft contact lenses. We examined 25 patients(49 eyes)whb use daily-wear contact lenses for an average of 6 years and reviewed a case of corneal ulcer associated with contact lens wear. We found that giant papillary conjunctivitis did not seem to be related to the duration of wear; whereas corneal neovascularization was probably related to the duration. In a patient who wears contact lenses, any corneal epithelial defect should be regarded as a potentially microbial keratitis. It is important that broadspectrum antibiotic should be given until the cornea has been healed.更多还原
