【摘要】 应用电子计算机头部声波检验仪(CHP)检查疑有颅内病变患者101例,并与CT 检查结果相对照。75例CT 异常者中,CHP 也异常65例,CHP 正常者10例(假阴性);26例CT 正常者中,CHP 也正常24例,CHP 异常者2例(假阳性)。CHP 是一种非损伤性仪器,操作简便,对颅内皿肿、脑肿瘤、脑脓肿及脑梗塞等均有较高的诊断价值,可做为颅内病变的初检方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 101 cases with suspected intracranial lesions were examined by CHP and theresults were compared with those of by CT (computed tomography) as this paper presen-ted.75 cases had abnormal CT,of whom 65 had abnormal findings on CHP,while that 10cases had been given false negative results by CHP.Of the 2.6 cases with normal CT,24cases had also normal findings on CHP,and 2 cases yielded false positive results by CHP.CHP is a non-traumatic examination and easy to operate.It is useful in the diagnosisof intra-cranial hematoma,cerebral tumor,abscess,infarct etc.And it can be used asthe inital examination for intracranial lesions.更多还原
