【Abstract】 Let, (?)_α=-(1/2)sum from 1 to n(α_j(Z_j(?)_j+(?)_jZ_j)+iαT) where α′_js are real and positive, and Z_j=((?)/((?)z))+i(?)((?)/((?)t)). z_j=x_j+iy_j, T=(?)/((?)t). In this paper we deal with the speial case α=0. We prove that there exists a regular homogeneous fundamental solution for the operator and give an explicit expression of the fundamental solution.更多还原
