安徽省小麦中镰刀菌毒素的分布研究
Investigation on Distribution of Fusarium-Mycotoxin in Wheat from Anhui Province
【摘要】 用薄层层析法对安徽宣城、芜湖等5个地区150份小麦进行了镰刀菌毒素脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇和玉米赤霉烯酮的分布研究。脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的阳性率和平均含量为52.7%和337ppb。最高达4000ppb。地区间阳性率和平均含量有明显差异。小麦中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的分布规律与安徽省小麦赤霉病的流行规律相一致。117份小麦中玉米赤霉烯酮的阳性率为30.8%,平均含量24ppb,地区间未见明显差别。小麦中赤霉病麦率平均为0.49%,地区间也有明显差异。经相关分析小麦中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇含量与赤霉病麦率之间有高度相关。
【Abstract】 One hundred and fifty samples of wheat harvested in 1986 from 5 districts in Anhui province were analyzed for deoxynivalenol (DON) & zearalenone (ZEN) by thin layer chromatography method. DON was identified in 79 of 150 samples, and ZEN was identified in 36 of 117 samples. The positive rates were 52.70% & 24.0% respectively, and the mean concentration of DON was 337±449ppb, ranged from 0-4000 ppb, the ZEN was 24.0±49.7ppb, ranged from 0-300 ppb. Th- ere were significant differences (P<0.001)between the level of DON & the rate of scabby wheat in 5 districtes, but ZEN no. The level of DON & the rate of scabby wheat decreas from south to north areas in the following order 812, 490, 350, 33, 0 ppb & 1.12, 0.75, 0.47, 0.09, 0 persent. There exist the same tendency in distribution and infection with DON & fusarium blight of wheat in Anhui.The various levels of DON in wheat were highly correlated with the rates of scabiness of wheat & correlation coefficients are 0.9865 & 0.9922 respectively.
