【摘要】 严重烧伤后肾功能可受到不同程度的损害,应用SDS-PAGE观察伤后尿蛋白的变化,有一定价值。临床观察80例结果,LMW蛋白图谱51例,MMW11例,HMW14例,Mix型2例,正常型2例。LMW图谱提示肾小管受损,而MMW和HMW说明肾小球受损害;Mix型则为全肾单位都受损。严重烧伤、休克、感染以及药物的毒性作用都是肾脏受损害的因素,LMW蛋白尿恢复时间是6个月,而MMW和HMW蛋白尿的恢复则需12个月以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 SDS=PAGE was used in the observation of urine protein of 80 cases of burned pateints admitted. Protein patterns showed 51 cases LMW, 11 cases MMW, 14 cases HMW, 2 cases MIX type, and 2 cases normal type. The pattern of LMW protein indicated that the damage was located at the renal tubles of nephron, the pattern of MMW and HMW protein indicated that the damage was located at glomerulus, while the pattern of MIX type revealed all nephron damage. The course of recovery of renal function in LMW protein-uria was 6 months, while in MMW and HMW protein-uria 12 months.更多还原
