【摘要】 应用GF-I型管状吻合器对17例直肠癌患者施行直肠前切除,低位结-直肠吻合,这种吻合器操作比手法缝合方便、省时,在距肿瘤下缘3cm以上切断,进行结直肠吻合,不仅能减少Miles手术,而且也易剔除直肠系膜。为保证吻合成功,必须强调充分的术前准备,正确使用吻合器技术和选择合适的病人。更多还原

【Abstract】 From July 1987 to March 1988, 17 patients with rectal cancer were undertaken anterior resections of the colon-rectum and side to end or end to end low anastomosis on colon-rectum using circular stapling anastomat. The instruments can provide a quick and convenient alternation to manual anastomosis and its use may extend downwards by more than 3 cm level from margine of the tumor, where surgeons can underake anastomosis on the colonrectum inferior. Thus not only may this reduce the need for abdominoperineal excision, but facilitate sufficint removal of mesorectum which may be important in the managment of rectal cancer.In order to assure a successful anastomosis, the authors emphazise the sufficient preoperative prepares, cerrect uSe of the stapling techniques and choice of patients.更多还原
