窄带钢冷连轧机轧制制度合理化的研究
RATIONALISATION OF COLD CONTINUOUS RIBBON STRIP ROLLING SCHEDULE
【摘要】 作者在350三机架冷连轧机上实测了三种规格的45卷钢近200段的轧制制度。通过分析表明:该机组之所以质量欠稳定,是因为压下分配不合理(主要是一号轧机超压下)造成的。作者用压下逼近法、速度逼近法及迭代法研究了该轧机允许的最大压下率、速度、张力和变形率。采用理论和经验相结合的方法制定合理的轧制制度,年经济效益在一百万元以上。本文所提供的轧制制度及方法,同样对其它窄带钢轧机的生产有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The operative performance of a 350mm 3 stand cold continuous mill was studied with an on-the-spot measurement of some 200 stretches of ribbon strip in 45 rolls of 3 specifications of coils. Analyses show the instability in product quality of the mill unit originates from an unjustified distribution of its screw down settings (No. 1 stand being overscrewed down ). Approximation of screwdown value, rolling speed and an iterative method were used to study the maximum screwdown ratio, speed, tension and deformation ratio tolerable in the mill. A rationalized rolling schedule is formulated together with theoretic analysis and an annual economic benefit over a million yuan is expected. The rolling scedule and its guiding methodology should be also useful in some other ribbon strip rolling.
