往复流离子交换技术用于浓缩铀液时平衡组成、床层侧形及铁回收率的测定和研究

【摘要】 本文内作者提供了pH=1.5时的稀铀溶液在Dowex 1-X8树脂(100~200目)上的分配系数,以及2MH2SO4作淋洗剂时,树脂中的铀与H2SO4液中铀的分配系数。前者的kd数量级为103,后者的kd值则小于10。此外,作者还提供了床层浓度分布,并对其可信性作了论证。最后,作者对回收铀时铁的回收率作了测定,结果表明R.F.I.X技术对铀液中含铁量高者必须考虑除铁问题。

【Abstract】 The distribution coefficients of dilute uranium liquor ( pH=1.5)in resin DOWEX 1-X8(100-200mcsh)and the distribution coefficients of U(VI)in the resin and in H2SO4(aq)when leached with 2M H2SO4, are presented by the author. The order of the magnitude of Kd with the former casccis 103 while less than 10 with the latter. Besides, the distribution of U(VI) concentration across the bed layer is also presented by the author and its credibility verified. Based on his determination of the iron trapping rate,the author concludes that the removal of iron must be taken into consideration when RFIX is applied to uranium liquor with a high Fe-content.
