【摘要】 20名冠心病患者随机等分成有氧训练和安慰剂治疗两组,另10名同龄健康人作对照。所有对象均在功率车作亚极量运动试验前后测定血浆6-K-P和TXB₂含量,2个月后重复上述检测。其结果表明:（1）冠心病人6-K-P和6-K-P/TXB₂明显低于健康人,TXB₂无差异。（2）运动试验前后对上述指标无影响。（3）有氧训练可明显提高冠心病人6-K-P和6-K-P/TXB₂与降低TXB₂含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty male CHD Patients were equally divided into two groups at random-aerobic training group and control group. They received aerobic training and placebo respectively. In addition, 10 appropriate healthy subjects were also studied but they were not entered into the treatment programs. Plasma 6-keto-PGF₁₂ （6-K-P） and thromboxane B₂ （TXB₂） （the metabolites of PGI 2 and TXA₂ respectively） were measured by radioimmunoassay in all subjects before and after submaximal exercise tests on a cycle ergometer. After one course of two-month treatment, the tests were repaated on all CHD patients.The results showed that （1） at rest, the average level of plasma 6-K-P and the average ratio of 6-K-P/TXB₂ of all the CHD patients were significantly lower than those of the healthy subjects; the plasma TXB₂ levels were the same between the CHD patients and the healthy subjects; （2） neither healthy subjects nor CHD patients had any changes of plasma 6-K-P. TXB₂ and 6-K-P/TXB₂’ after exercise testing; （3） aerobic training could significantly increase the plasma 6-K-P level and 6-K-P/ TXB₂ ratio of CHD patients and decrease their plasma TXB₂ levels.The experiment suggest, that prespribed exercise test generally dose not interfere with the balance of PGI 2-TXA₂ in rive and aerobic training has the benefit effects on the PGI 2-TXA₂ system, so it can be effectively used in the rehabilitation of CHD patients.更多还原
