【摘要】 间接测定滑膜液和血清中的抗Ⅱ型胶原抗体,结果示:15例关节软骨损伤病人有2/3滑膜液反应阳性,6例半月板和创伤性滑膜炎病人的滑膜液反应均阴性;滑膜液反应阳性者血清中抗体阴性。认为关节软骨损伤后滑膜炎的病理机制可能与Ⅱ型胶原的自身免疫有关,并且其自身免疫反应主要局限于损伤关节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Antibody to Type Ⅱ collagen in the synovial fluids of patients each having one joint with injured cartilage was assayed by passive hemagglutination, and the results showed that ten of the fifteen patients were positive in the reaction and the others were negative. As control, the same kind of antibody in six patients’ synovial fluids with injured meniscus or traumatic synovitis were also determined, but no positive reaction was found. The results suggest that autoimmune reaction of Type Ⅱ collagen may participate in the pathological process of articular cartilage injury.更多还原
