【Abstract】 The effect of antibody to type Ⅱ collagen on the metabolism of rabbits’ articular chondrocytes cultured in vitro was investigated with isotope labelling technique. The results demonstrated that the syntheses of DNA, sulfate polysaccharide and collagen of chondrocytes were decreased by antibody to type Ⅱ collagen.更多还原
