【摘要】 本文报告了腹部损伤54例外科治疗,并提出了剖腹探查适应症。本组手术治疗57例,死亡率为5.08％。对于肠管破裂时间长,腹腔内污染严重者应行肠外置术,待一般情况好转后行彻底性手术。对损伤时间在3h以内,创缘整齐,腹腔及盆壁污染不重的直肠损伤可行一期修补术。更多还原

【Abstract】 The abdominal traumas of 59 patients in which 57 patients were operated were analysed in this paper.The mortality of 0peration was 5.08 ％(3cases).The indication of the operation is proposed here too.The exteriorization should be given to patients with long perforating time and severe interperitoneal contamination,and the second prosthesis should not given to patients until their general condition become well.But 2 patients with rectal perforation who were cured with the primary prosthesis rather than rectostomy showed satisfactory effect.This kind of operation is suitable far the discrete perforation with small diameter (smaller than one-third of rectal circle),and with no peripheral contusion and hematoma.更多还原
