【摘要】 ¹²⁵Ⅰ标记尖吻蝮蛇毒凝血样酶,放化纯95.5％和比放射性188.7 MBq/mg。兔iv ¹²⁵Ⅰ-TLE后,血放射性—时间曲线符合二室模型,算出药物动力学参数。组织分布以肾、胆、肝的放射性最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pharmacokinetics of thrombin-like enzyme ( TLE ) isolated from snake ( Agkistrodon acutus ) venom was reported .According to Gumaa’s method, the TLE was labelled with isotope iodine(123I).The radio-chemical purity and specific activity of TLE were95.5% and 188.7 MBq/mg, respectively.After iv 125I-TLE in rabbits, the blood sample were drawn at various time and their radio-activity were determined. Data were fitted with 2 compartment open model. The pharmacokinetic parameters, such as T1/2, Vd, α, β, A, B, K12, K21, K10, AUC etc, were calculated. Distribution in kidneys, gall and liver were higher than other tissues.更多还原
