【摘要】 通过用D—氨基半乳糖(D—GalN)造成SD大鼠不同程度的急性肝损伤,测定损伤后24小时、48小时血清前白蛋白水平的变化,并与白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶相比较。结果表明,对于急性发生的肝细胞损伤,前白蛋白的测定不仅远较白蛋白敏感,在反映肝细胞损伤程度上还优于转氨酶的测定。该项指标如应用于临床,则具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum prealbumin was assayed before and 24-48 hrs after the induction of acute hepatic failure in SD rats with D-GlaN.Changes of serum prealbumin were compared with those observed in serum albumin, SGPT and SGOT. The results showed that as an index of liver function following acute hepatic damage, serum prealbumin is far more sensitive than plasma albumin and superior to serum glutamic transaminases in quantifying the extent of liver damage.更多还原
