【摘要】 钙调素是一种分子量较小、酸性、很保守的蛋白,它的抗原性很弱。实验采用两种方法修饰CaM分子以增强抗原性,并调节修饰分子的构象,免疫动物,找出了动物免疫应答规律,获得了合格的抗血清。CaM一般不易与固相载体结合,实验找到了它与聚苯乙烯载体结合的条件,因而首次建立了标准化、商品化的测试药箱。本法灵敏、专一、重复性好,适于生物学各领域的CaM定量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Calmodulin is a small and highly-conserved protein , difficult to elicit satisfactory production of antisera. To increase its antigenecity, calmo-dulin was modified by two different methods and stabilized in a special conformation. Rabbits were immunized with these modified calmodulins and produced ideal antisera. Calmodulin was successfully immobilized to the polys-trene carriers and the ELISA KIT for calmodulin was developed. The ELISA is sensitive, specific, reproducible, and suitable for quantitative determination of calmodulin in the extracts from biological materials.更多还原
