99mTc-双分子层液晶膜-脂质体乳内淋巴显象
Internal mammary lymphoscintigraphy with 99Tc-bllayer liquid crystal membrane-liposomes
【摘要】 本文介绍应用99mTc-双分子层液晶膜一脂质体作乳内淋巴显象(IML),这是一种非创伤性的安全、简便、有效的检查方法,25例受检者无任何不良反应。文中对IML的正常图形及异常图形的表现作了解释,并通过典型案例说明其药物与方法的可行性及其临床适用的范围。最后对检查成功的关键,解释IML应注意的问题等,进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 The Internal mammary lymphoscintigraphy (IML) using selfmade 99mTc-Kposomes as an internal mammary lymphnode imaging agent to elicit the metastasis of neoplasms was studied in 25 patients. 37-74 MBq of 99mTc-liposomes (particle size about 20nm) in a volume not exceeding 0.5 ml was injected. The sites of injection were bilateral, subcostal (3 cm below the xiphisternum) and approximately 3 cm lateral to the midline below the costal margin. The needle was pointed at 45 angle to the horizlonal plane towards the ipsilateral axilla to a 2-2.5cm depth. There were 4 pictures which showed the characteristics of the normal and the abnormal internal mammary lymphoscintigrams. Wide personal variations in the imaging pattern suggested that the use of IML would be applied to the follow up comparisons in the same patient. It is a noninvasive safe, simple method and without any side effect. Of great significance were the implications for the investigation of the internal mammary lymphographics a critical areas which is inaccessible to lymphographic techniques.
