【摘要】 本文选择20例支气管哮喘现症患者,用双盲交叉试验比较舒喘平胶囊和沙丁胺醇（舒喘宁）的临床平喘效果,经用药前后的FEV₁等10项肺通气功能指标、临床症状指数和其他平喘药物使用情况变化的对比。其结果显示舒喘平胶囊的平喘效果明显优于沙丁胺醇,且平喘作用维持时间达8h左右。作者对舒喘平胶囊的组成复方进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shun-chun-ping capsule composed of dyphylline, clenbuterol,anisoda-mine, decloxizine, bisolvon etc. and used for the treatment of bronchial asthma 20 cases, gave a promising result with sulbutamol, a sole agent, served as reference and tested according to double blind, cross-over method. With 10 items of pulmonary functions including FEV1, clinical symptoms and signs as judgments the therapeutic value of this capsule is definitely superior than salbutamol given alone.
