【摘要】 观察了53例流行性出血热(EHF)眼部变化。结果表明:(1)EHF 病程各期均有不同程度的眼部损害。(2)病情越重,眼部损害越重。(3)轻型患者无1例有内眼损害,重、危重型患者内眼损害者分别为44%和100%。(4)眼部变化观察有助于 FHE 早期诊断,判断病情、指导治疗及估计预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ocular injuring of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) was observed in 57 patients.The results indicate that:(1)all of the patients have ocular injuring at different degree in every stage of EHF,(2)the worser the clinical manifestations, the severer the ocular injuring,(3)there is not internal ocular injuring in mild type, but internal ocular injuries were 44% and 100% respectively in the servere type and critical type,(4)the observation of ocular injuring in EHF can be used to the ear- lier diagnosis,judge the conditions and guide the treatment and estimate the prognosis of the disease.更多还原
