【摘要】 应用酶标流行性出血热单克隆抗体（EHF-VE₅-McAb-HRP）对60例早期肾综合征出血热患者的白细胞抗原进行免疫酶直接染色法检测,阳性率达84.3%。其中36例同时做酶标单克隆抗体直接染色法和免疫荧光法对比检测,结果两法所得阳性率一致（均88.88%）,说明该法与免疫荧光法相比同样具有特异性强,敏感性高的特点,可作为 EHF 有效的早期诊断方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using direct staining of EHF-VE5-McAb-HRP,the detection of EHF antigen in wh- ite blood cells obtained from 60 patients with earlier HFRS was performed.The posit- ve rate was 84.3%.At the same time,the direct enzyme staining method of EHF-VE5 -McAb-HRP and immunofluorescence atibody method were observed comparatively in 36 patients with indentical positive rate(88.88%).It is suggested that using direct sta- ining method of EHF-VF5-McAb-HRP to deteection antigen in white blood cells has hingh specificity and strong sensitivity compared with immunofluorescence method.It can be used in earlier phase as an effective diagnostic method of HFRS.更多还原
