【Abstract】 The authors present 3 cases of AMI of right ventricle.They are all asseciated with inferior infatction.The ECG shows the S-T segments elevated 1 to 2 mm in leads V_3-6, MR.The breath sounds are normal.No interstitial pulmonary edema can be found in X-ray.The basis of diagnosis corresponds to Lorell’s suggestion.更多还原
