【摘要】 本文报告河南省17020人的异常血红蛋白的调查和11例异常血红蛋白的化学结构分析研究结果。在17020人中,共发现42例异常血红蛋白完成11例异常血红蛋白的结构分析研究,分别属于5种异常血红蛋白变异型:Hb G Coushatta、Hb G Taipei、Hb D Punjab、Hb J Lome,Hb.Hikari 其中 Hb J Lome 为河南省和我国北方地区首次发现,Hb Hikari 为我国首次报导的新变异型。本文还就河南省异常血红蛋白的类型,发生及其调查研究方法进行了分析与讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Investigation of abnormal hemoglolin in 17020 subjects in Henan province and analy- sis of chemical structure of abnormal hemoglubins in 11 cases are reported.42 cases with abnormal hemoglobins were found in 17020 subjects.The analyzed chemical structures in abnormal hemoglobins of 11 cases are belong to the Hb G coushatta,Hb G Taipei, Hb D punjab,Hb J lome and Hb Hikari respectively.Among them the Hb J lome was first found in Henan Province and the northem part of our country,and the Hb Hikari was a new variant reported for the first time in our country.更多还原
