高压合成新稀土氧化物固溶体的粉末X射线衍射研究

【摘要】 本实验利用粉末X射线衍射方法,研究了高压淬火态的EuTbO3产物。获得了(Eu3+Tb3+)O3单相固溶体新物质及其高温高压合成过程中结构的变化顺序。用振簧式磁强计测得了(EuTb)O3的室温顺磁磁化率。

【Abstract】 In this paper a new rare earth oxide product(EuTb)O3 has been prepared quenched under high pressure which is unknown up to date. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that this material is a single phase solid solution and its structural transformation in each sequence during high pressure synthesis has been determined. The magnetic susceptibility at room temperature has been measured with vibrating-reed magnetometer.
