【摘要】 在光、电镜下对牛水肉孢子虫巨型包囊及其中的殖子进行了形态结构观察。结果表明,包囊由两层膜构成,外膜呈波浪状,内膜向囊腔延伸,并将囊腔分割成若干小室,室内堆满成熟的殖子。殖子呈香蕉形,内有锥”体、棒状体,微丝,自噬空泡,溶酶体,核糖体,线粒体,内质同及一个大核。水牛孢肉子虫的终末宿主为猫。更多还原

【Abstract】 THe hydatid of buffalo is either conoid or fusiform shape and itswall consists of two layers. THe innerpellicular membrance forms thesepta which divide the hydatid into compartments, where banana--shapemature zoites stocked. A great deal of the compartments are near thesurface of the hydatid and the center of the hydatid is filled with thecolourless clear fluid, the interal structure of the zoite consists of co-noids, rehoptries, microuemes, vacuoles, endoplasmic veticulum, lyso-smes, ribosomes and nucleus which contains a nucleolus and chtomatin.The outer membrance on which there are lots of pores is wavelike.
