【Abstract】 In MT medium containing CH (500 mg/l), the multiplication oflong term subcultural callus and embryods of Beibei pomelo(Citrus gran-dis Osbeck) is maximutn and its differentiation is closely interrelatedwith cell inclusion, pattern of isoperoxidase and composition of freeamino acids.
