小麦灰霉病调查研究

【摘要】 对重庆市小麦主要品种灰霉病的调查研究表明,病穗率为34—100%,病情指数为8.5—55%。受病籽粒干瘪霉烂,无食用价值。用大麦、小麦的病穗上和蚕豆病荚上分离得到的菌株,在大麦、小麦、蚕豆苗期和花期、灌浆期分别作了灰霉菌株交互接种观察,确定了病菌的致病性和危害性,并根据病原的培养性状和形态特征,鉴定为灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea Pars ex Fr.)。病原菌之菌丝生长和孢子萌发的最适温度为23—25℃,适温范围20—28℃;最适相对湿度为95—100%。小麦扬花灌浆期中,日平均温度15℃以上,连阴雨开始前的4—5天中,每公顷用托布津或多菌灵750—1125g,或托福合剂1500—2250g喷施,有良好的防病增产效果。

【Abstract】 The disease measurement of wheat grey mold was reported onsome major varieties of wheat in Chongqing, during 1986--1987. The incidence of 34--100% and the disease index of8. 5--55%. Infected grain was shrivelling, and caused great loss ofedible value, strains were isolated from heads of wheat and barleyand pods of broad bean. They were cross-inoculated by each strainin the seedling and flowering or milking stages. The pathogenicityof the causal organism was determined. Based on the character of theculture and the morphological stucture, the fungus was identifiedas Botrytis cinerea Pers ex Fr. The optimum temperature for spore germination and hypha growthis 20--28℃, favourable temperature is 23--25℃: and the optimumhumidity is 95--100%. In the period of wheat flowering and milking,good effects, including desease control and increassing autput, canbe received by spraying thiophanate or carbendazim of 750-1125g,per hectare or spraying the compound of thiophanate and thiram(1:2) of 1500--2250g, when daily average temperature is over 15℃and four or five days before overcasting and raining.
