德国小蠊生物学观察

【摘要】 对德国小蠊 Blattella germanica(L.)观察表明,昼夜24小内都可脱皮、羽化、交配和产卵。若虫1-5龄各龄期均1周左右,第6龄接近两周。若虫脱皮和成虫羽化,均有借重力脱皮和展身行为。若虫有取食自己蜕的习性。以平均值计,成虫羽化后4.7天开始交配;雄虫一生交配2.7次,雌虫4.1次;每次交配需时68min。雌虫腹部背面7.8节腺孔的分泌物对雄虫有较强引诱力。成虫一生产1—3个卵鞘,第一产卵鞘含卵粒最多,卵期约19天。未见孤雌生殖现象。虫体后肠分泌的聚集素使之有明显的群居性。

【Abstract】 Studies on bionomics of Blattella germanica were carried out in theinsectary of our university,Chongqing,in 1985—1986.The obseration sh-owed that moult,emergence,copulation and oviposition occurred diurnal-ly and nocturnally.The stadium of each instar of instar 1—5 was aboutone week,but the stadium of the sixth instar was much longer,lastingabout two weeks.In emergence or moult,the nymph stood with its headdownwards so that the thorax could break easily along the dorsomeson;the insect had a rest for a while after ecdysis was completed and then itsbody moved at 180°to make its head upwards so that its abdomen and/orwings could spread completely.Nymph usually ate its own exuvium notlong after moult occurred.This behaviour was related to supplying res-ources for making new cuticle.Mating began 4.7 days on average afteremergence.Male could mate 2.7 times on average throughout its life andfemale could mate 4.1 times.The mating duration was on average 68 mi-nutes.Materials secreted by the gland in dorsum of the seventh and theeighth abdominal segments of female could strongly,attract the male.Theadult laid one to three oothecae,of which the first ootheca contained thelargest numbers of eggs.Eggs lasted 19 days on average until hatching.No parthenogenesis was found in this study.Blattella germanica was obv-iously gregarious because of the aggregation pheromone secreted by thehindgut of the insect.
