鸬鹚前胃免疫组织化学的观察
IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL STUDIES OF THE PROVENTRICULUS OF PHALACROCORAX CARBO ( Linnaeus )
【摘要】 在鸬鹚(Phalacrocorax carbo Linnaeus)(俗称鱼膺)的前胃中发现了促胃泌素释放多肽(GRP)-、生长抑素(Somatostatin)-、5-羟色胺(5-HT)-和禽胰多肽(APP)-免疫反应细胞。其中,GRP-和5-HT-免疫反应细胞数量多,分布于腺小叶的中央带;Somatostatin-和APP-免疫反应细胞分布于中间带,前者数量多而后者很少。这四种免疫反应细胞在腺小管的出现频度大于集合窦上皮。本研究的一个意外发现是,鸬鹚前胃中存在大量的5-HT-免疫反应细胞。这一事实揭示5-HT对于鸟类前胃功能的调节可能是一个不可忽视的因素。
【Abstract】 Gastrin releasing peptide ( GRP )-, somatostatin-, 5 -hydroxytryp-tamine ( 5 -HT ) -and avian pancreatic polypeptide ( APP ) -immunoreactive cells were observed in the proventriculus of Phalacrocorax carbo ( Linnaeus ) .Among the immunoreactive cells numerous GRP- and 5-HT-immunoreactive cells distributed in central zone of the glandular lobules and numerous somatostatin- and few APP-immunoreactive cells distributed in middle zone. Generally,all four kinds of the immunoreactive cells occurred more frequently in the alveolus than in the epithelium of collective sinus.One interesting observation of this study was that numerous 5 -HT-immunoreactive cells were identified in the proventriculus of Phalacrocorax carbo ( Linnaeus ) .This fact suggests that 5-HT probably is a factor which should not be ignored for regulating the function of proventriculus in avian.
