【摘要】 本实验用10头健康驴进行研究,探讨了不同给氧方法对保定宁麻醉右侧卧驴的动脉血气变化的影响。相互间比较表明,气管插管给氧比鼻腔给氧PaO₂显著升高（P<0.05）,清醒状态右侧卧鼻腔给氧比保定宁麻醉右侧卧鼻腔给氧PaO₂显著升高（P<0.05）。保定宁麻醉右侧卧头侧抬高15度斜坡能显著升高PaO₂（P<0.05）。保定宁麻醉右侧卧肌注ATP（0.2mg/kg:I.M.）+皮下注射阿托品（0.15mg/kg:IH）也可显著升高PaO₂（P<0.05）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ten Healthy adult donkeys were used in the study. Three ways of oxygen administration were adopted and the arterial blood gas values of Baodingning anaesthetized and unnaesthetized donkeys under the condition of right lateral recumbency were tested and compared with each other. The results showed that under the anaesthetized condition with Baodingning the PaO2 in donkeys administrated O2 by insertion of endo-tracheal tube was higher than that by nose cavity ( P<0.05) . When O2 was given by nose cavity, the PaO2 in donkeys under the conscious condition of right lateral recumbency is significantly higher than Baodingning anaesthetized donkeys with right lateral recumbency ( P< 0.05 ) . The head being kept up about 15? the PaO2 increased siginifi-cantly during the Baodingning anaesthesia ( P<0.05). PaO2 would also be increased siginificantly ( P<0.05) after injection of Atropine Sulfate ( 0.15mg/kg, hypodermic injection ) and ATP ( 0.2mg/kg, intramuscular injection ) .更多还原
