【摘要】 本试验选用150日龄北京鸭8只,个体笼养。自由采食和饮水。固定光照16小时,黑暗8小时。用放射免疫法测定鸭在开产前和产蛋周期中血浆LH和孕酮的含量变化。发现鸭从开产前6周开始血浆LH逐渐上升,到开产前一周达到高峰(7.9±0.85ng/ml)比开产前8～6周的水平高3.8倍,后又下降,开产后稍回升。而孕酮含量一直在较低水平(范围为0.41～0.79ng/ml),到开产前一周开始上升(最高均值1.38±0.2ng/ml)。波峰差异不显著。开产前昼夜血浆LH和孕酮的含量变化均无明显差异。LH平均值为2.4±0.24ng/ml,波动。于1.9～2.7ng/ml。孕酮平均值为0.98±0.21ng/ml,波动于0.73～1.49ng/ml。在连续产蛋期间,每次产蛋前7～1小时血浆LH和孕酮均出现一个明显的波动。LH的高峰出现在产蛋前1小时(平均峰值6.3±0.98ng/ml,n=7),与峰前(平均值2.9±0.37ng/ml)相比差异显著(P<0.05)。孕酮高峰出现在LH峰稍前,即产蛋前5小时达到高峰,产蛋时下降到基础水平。峰值(2.9±0.2ng/ml)与基础值(0.65±0.12ng/ml)相比,差异极显著(P<0.01)。产蛋前激素的波峰出现与本次产蛋无关,而是决定着继后的排卵和产蛋。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eight Beijing Ducks ( 150 days old ) were housed in individual cages and were raised under a constant photoperiod of 16L : 8D. Concentration of plasma LH and Progesterone were determined by radioimmunoassay at two days intervals during 8~1 weeks before the first egg and at 2-hr. intervals in 24h.before the onset of lay and during the ovulatary cycle. The plasma concentration of LH increased rapidly from 2.3 ±0.5ng/ml to a peak of 7.9 ±0.85ng/ml between 6 and 1 weeks before the onset of lay. The plasma Progesterone remained at low levels ( range; 0.41~0.79 ng/m1 ) till 1 week before the first oviposition and than it increased slightly (peak value : 1.38±0.2ng/ml ) at the last week before oviposition. A diurnal variation in tne plasma concentration of LH and progesterone were not observed during 6 ~ 5 weeks before oviposition.It is clear to note that more LH and progesterone present in plasma 7 ~ 1hr.before ovulation than that at the other times during the cycle. LH peak ( peak average value : 6.3±0.98ng/ml ) was observed hr. before laying and a peak of progesterone (peak average va1tue : 2.9±0.27ng/ml) occurred before the LH peak.
