【摘要】 料肉比(FU)、胴体重(CW)、屠宰率(DP)、胴体瘦肉率(L％)、瘦肉量(LW)、背膘厚(BFT)、脂肪率(F％)、总成本(SC)和饲料成本(FC)对该系统生物经济学效率:人民币(元)/千克瘦肉(￥/kgL)、人民币(元)/千克活重(￥/kgLW)和消化能兆卡/千克增重(Mcal/kgGW)的影响程度作了定量分析。结果表明:提高胴体瘦肉率,将减少生产瘦肉的成本,但对生产活重的成本没有显著的影响,而降低饲养总成本将显著地影响每生产1千克瘦肉或活重的成本;猪的生长速度和饲料利用率及其成本是提高猪肉生产系统生物学效率的主要限制性因素。同时,对上述3个生物经济学效率与12个因子分别作了多元回归分析,给出了三个用于估测猪肉生产系统生物经济学效率的回归方程。其剩余误差分别为0.0355、0.0115和0.0153,说明所得方程在评价和预测猪肉生产系统生物经济学效率方面,具有一定的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study, effects of 12 main factors in system of pork production on its bioeconomic efficiency were analysed quantitatively. The results showed that increase the carcass lean would reduce the cost of lean meat produced significantly, but not the cost of live weight produced. While cost/kg lean and live weight were influenced significantly by reducing total cost of feeding. Growth rate of pig and feed conversion efficiency and cost of feed were main restrictive factors in. inproving biological efficiency of pork production.Multiple regression analysis of the above three bioeconomic efficiency with twelve factors was made. Three regression equations were presented for ovaluating bioeconomic efficiency of pork production. Three linear medel can be used to evaluate changes in bioeconomic efficiency associated with varying one of the 12 input variables.更多还原
