【摘要】 本文用10头健康成年驴作了下列实验研究;将清醒状态受试驴右侧卧保定在手术台上,测其体温、脉搏、呼吸、动脉血气及酸碱诸值,并与清醒状态站立时作对比。结果右侧卧保定使PaO₂显著降低（ P<0.01）, PaCO₂变化不显著, pH、 [HCO₃^-]、 [TCO₂]、 [B.E]升高不显著。呼吸和脉搏显著升高（ P<0.01）,体温升高不显著。站立时 PaO₂:98±2mmHg,PaCO₂: 36±1mmHg,pH:7.427±0.01。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ten healthy adult donkeys were used for measurement of arterial blood gases and acid-base value, body temperature, heart and respiratory rates in the standing and lateral recumbent position. The results showed that PaO2 of conscious donkeys in the latero-right recumbent position was decreased significantly in comparison with that in the standing position ( P<0.01). The PaCO2, pH, HC03-, TCO2, B.E and body temperature of conscious donkeys in latero-right recumbency kept in the normal range or increased mildly. PaO2, PaCO2 and pH of conci-ous donkeys in standing position were 98±2mmHg, 36± 1 mmHg, and 7.427±0.01 respectively.更多还原
