【Abstract】 In present study on the muscle tissue was collected from the mouse which was infected artifieially with trichinella spiralis 45 days before, then digested with artificial digestive salution and washed three times with PBS by centrifugation. The precipitate was suspended in the 10％ glycerol PBS and loaded 0.5ml plastic straw. The straws were put into the mouth of liquid nitrogen container to cool down to-36°c by 1°c/min, then dropped ito the liquid nitrogen for long term cryro preservation. After thawing, 80％ of trichinella spiralis were survival.更多还原
