甲胺磷农药的生物监测新方法研究
A New Biodetect Method for Acephatemet
【摘要】 从土壤中筛选的只有酣酸萘醋水解酶的?绿色假单胞菌(Pscudomonas aeru-ginosa)菌株8657,应用于测定甲胺磷(Acephatemet)农药的含量。甲胺磷对试验菌的酯酶有抑制作用,在0.1~10 ppm内、与试验蓖酯的抑制(OD值)呈线性关系,其最小检出量为0.1ppm,最适菌浓度为1.2×10~8个/ml,??浓度为0.20%,pH7.0,水温37℃据此,可对照甲胺磷含量的标准曲线而建立甲胺磷农药的生物监测新方法。
【Abstract】 This paper presents screening Pseudotnonas aeruginosa 8657 strain with Naphthyl acetate dihydrolase from soil and using this strain to test for content of Acephatemet. There is a linear relation between the degree of the inhibition of the esterase activity and the concentration of Acephatemet in the range of 0.l-10 ppm. The minimal reacting- dose is 0.l ppm. Thus, a new biodetect method for estimating Acephatemet may be established by utilizing the relationship.
