【Abstract】 A simple and sensitive RP HPLC method was developed for assaying Praziquantel (PZQ) in plasma. PZQ shows very strong fluorescence in the 44% of Tetrahydrofuran (THF) or Acetonitrile and the 56% of Distilled water with Ex 265nm and Em 285nm, and 4ng PZQ/ml plasma could be detected by this method. The average recovery of PZQ was 98.36?.25% (n = 5). PZQ and its metabolits were well resolved from each other under the selected chromatographic conditions. The method was used to determine PZQ tablet (oral), PZQ slow tablet (oral) and PZQ solution (i.v) in dog plasma for its pharmacokinetic study.更多还原
