【摘要】 通过对33例冠心病患者及28例正常人经食道心房调搏的心电向量图负荷试验的分析,初步提出了试验方法及结果评定标准,并与踏车试验进行对比研究,结果显示向量负荷试验的敏感性明显高于踏车试验(P<0.05),是诊断冠心病较好的一种辅助诊断方法,有待进一步探讨及完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 The vectorcardiographic load test with transesophageal atrial pacing of 33 pa-tients with ischemic heart disease and 28 normal objects was analysed. The trialmethod and diagnostic criteria were proposed and compared with exercise test.
