【摘要】 本文对切削过程中积屑瘤(BUE)的稳定性及鳞剌的形成、鳞剌与 BUE 的关系等问题进行初步的探讨。指出切削过程中的 BUE 应是一动态结构。在切削钢件等塑性金属材料时,BUE 的顶部是周期脱落和再生的,BUE 的底部则呈相对稳定状态。笔者认为,已加工表面上的鳞剌的形成,与由 BUE(BUL)形成的外伸量的突然变化有关。外伸量的突然变化导致过切量的突然变化进而导致鳞剌的产生。但由 BUE 碎片粘附在已加工表面上形成鳞剌是同样存在的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the stability of BUE,the formation of fish-scales on cut surfaces and the relationship between the formation of fish-scales and BUEs have been discu- ssed.It has been revealed that BUE should be a dynamic phenomenon during cutting process.The top parts of BUEs grow and break periodically,while the base Parts of BUE appear to be relatively stable.Sudden changes of the overhang created by BUE would lead to the formation of fish-scales on cut surfaces.It is also possible to form fish-scales on cut surfaces due to sticking of BUE segments to them,which, therefore,could not be ignored.更多还原
