电针对脑脊液内去甲肾上腺等物质含量变化

【摘要】 <正> 许多实验支特中枢去甲肾上腺素(NE),5-羟色胺(5-HT),乙酰胆硷(Ach)参与针刺镇痛过程,多数认为中枢5-HT 是加强针刺镇痛的一个重要环节,但 NE 在针刺镇痛中的作用是拮抗还是协同尚难定论。本文工作研究颅脑针麻手术病人脑脊液内 NE系统含量的变化及其与镇痛效果的关系,以便进一步观察中枢 NE 在针刺镇痛过程中的作用。

【Abstract】 The change of Noradrenaline (NE) and tyrosine (Tyr) contents in CSFof 50 cases operated under electroacupuncture.It was found after inductionof acupuncture the quantity of NE was apparently decreased Theu that beforeneeddling without statistical sionificance.But Tfr concentration was higher.The change had considerable significance between before and after electroacupun-cture.(p<0.05)It is indicated that the analgesic effect of acupuncture anesthesia appearsto be correlated intimately with the decrease of The NE level but 5-HT con-tent increased.
