【摘要】 8只成年奶山羊快速静注20％SMZ—Na注射液100mg/kg（SMZ计）经二周后,再以相同剂量肌注该制剂,均于注射后12小时内不同时间采血,用Annino法测定了SMZ血药浓度,药——时曲线最佳方程为:C_iv=7.07e^-4.1077t+18.90e^-0.6175t和C_im=14.23(e^0.3552t-e^1.7345t)肌注生物利用度（F）为86.39%,比文献记载绵羊口服SMZ的F（27%）高2.2倍,其它动力学参数为t1/2（β和K_E）,11.4和2.02h,V_d,503和822ml/kg;肌注C_M和t_M分别为6.39mg/100ml和1.38h。据单剂量参数（τ按6和8h）预报了重复给药的参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bioavailability and the pharmacokinetics of SMZ in 8 adult normal milk goafs were studied. 100mg/kg wt. of SMZ was administrated by intravenous (i.v.) and intramuscular (i.m.) injection, in two separate experiments for 2 weeks. Blood samples were collected at the different time within 12 hours after the drug was given. The blood concentration-time curves of the drug fitted the two-compartment(i v )and single-compartment (i. m,) open model, G1 : = 7.07-e-4.667t+ 18.90e -0.6175t and Gi.m.. =14.23 (e-0.3553t + e-1.7240t). The bioavailability was 86.39%. The other parame-ter values were described as follows. t1/2 (B&Ke) , 1.14 + 0.17 and 2.02± 0.42h; AUC, 33.40 ±7.09 and 30.4 ± 4.48mg.h/100ml, Vd, 503.0±50.0 and 820.0±117.0ml/kg, C1 314±82 and 287 ± 43ml. kg-1. h 1 ,CM, 6.79±0.77mg/ 100ml; tM, 1.28± 0.37h, The results showed that SMZ is a kind of short-action sulfdrug in milk goats but the bioavailability is high following i.m. injection.
