棉花黄萎病菌致萎毒素的初步研究

【摘要】 实验室培养棉花黄萎病菌,用查彼克培养基,在25℃下培养15天是病菌致萎毒素产生的适宜条件。病菌危害棉花导致棉株凋萎死亡的毒素物质主要是蛋白质,其组份多为糖蛋白,含有17种氨基酸,其中酸性氨基酸占21.2%,碱性氨基酸占8.9%,电泳分离出13条蛋白质条带。棉花品种中棉所10号和FR-1棉苗在病菌毒素稀释液内浸至65小时,病情指数分别达到70.45和47.73。

【Abstract】 Promising production of the toxin of the Verticillium wilt pathogen was obtained with an incubation of 15 days at 25℃ with czapek culture under laboratory condi-tions. Main substances inducing cotton wilt were known as proteins composing of glycoproteins of 17 kinds of amino acids with 21.2% of which belonging to acidic amino acids and 8.9% of which being basic amino acids. 13 protein bands had deen separated by electrophoresis. With seedlings of cotton varieties Central Cotton No.3 and RF-1 immerged in the dilution containing phytotoxins for as long as 65 hrs. , the severity indices mounted to 70.45 and 47.73 accordingly.
