生物接触氧化法处理印染废水暨活性污泥中微生物种群的研究
A Study of Treatment for Printing and Dreing Waste Water by the Biological Contact Oxidation Method and Microbial Type in Activated Sludge
【摘要】 本文主要总结、介绍西北第一印染厂利用生物接触氧化法处理印染废水的情况.该方法兼有活性污泥法与生物膜法两者之优点。它利用强化供氧,促进微生物对污染物的降解,来提高处理效率。具有污泥量少、工艺简单、运行管理方便;同时还可避免活性污泥膨胀及其所引起的出水水质不稳定。处理效果好,出水PH值在7.0—8.0,BOD去除率达80—90%,COD去除率达50—70%。该法生物相丰富,经分离鉴定,活性污泥中的微生物主要有动胶杆菌等八属细菌和钟虫等七类原生动物.
【Abstract】 This paper summarises and introduces how the Northwest No.1 Printing and Dyeing Mill treats its waste-water by the biological contant oxidation method, which has inherented the merits from both the activates sludge process and the biological film process.The process promotes its treating efficiency by means of strengthening oxygen supply and accelerating the degradation of microbe over polluting things, with less sludge, simplier process and easier management.It also checks the sludge expan sion and gets rid of the unstability of the quality of out coming water. pH of the out coming water is 7.0—8.0.BOD removal rate is 80—90%, COD removal rate is 50—70%.In this process the biological form is rich. It has been proved by separating and appraising that there are 8 types of bacteria e.g zoogloea and so on, 7 types of primary animal such as vorticella and so on.
