【摘要】 实验观察了绞股蓝总甙对开胸麻醉犬心血管系统的作用。iv绞股蓝总甙1mg/kg后,BP、LVSP及±dp/atmax显著上升;iv绞股蓝总甙20mg/kg后,HR、BP、LVSP、+dP/dtmax、CI、V_CE—+dp/dtmax明显下降。结果提示;iv绞股蓝总甙引起血压及心脏功能的变化可因剂量不同而反应不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of Jiaogulanoside on the cardiovascular system were observed anesthetized chest-opened dogs,JS lmg/kg iv significantly increased BP, LVSP and ±dP/dt_max; 20mg/kg iv significantly decreased HR, BP, LVSP, +dP/dt_max,CI, V_CE-- +dP/dt_mxa, These results suggested that the changes of BP and cardiac function was varied with the different doses of JS.更多还原
