深井泵采油泵下积水规律的实验室研究

【摘要】 本文通过实验室深井泵采油的试验研究,证实了泵下积水的存在及其影响因素,探索了泵下积水与各影响因素之间的定量关系。提出了泵下加磁场,特别是注意磁场的几何分布可有效地减少泵下积水,这对含水井降低回压,扩大压差,提高产量具有一定的理论和实际意义。

【Abstract】 Based on the results of the tests in laboratory, this paper proves that there is accumulation of water under the deephole pumping outfit and analyzes the factors affecting it. The quantitative relationship between the water accumulation and it affecting factors is studied. By further research, it is proposed that pos- itioning a magnetic field, and at the same time regulating purposefully its geo- metric distribution, can effectively reduce the accumulation of water. This is of theoretical and practical significance for dropping the back pressure, increasing pressure difference and raising the output of production.
