【摘要】 本文论述了有机毒物对厌氧消化中微生物的影响是抑制、适应和功能恢复的渐变过程。笔者认为在厌氧消化的毒生研究中,应对产酸菌、产甲烷菌及两类菌群共存的体系分别进行探讨。对目前使用的判定毒物影响程度的方法进行了评价,提出平均相对活性和瞬时相对活性的概念,以及利用这两个概念判定影响程度的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 That the toxic effects of organic poisons on the digestion of organisms proves to be a gradual process of inhibition,adaptation and restoration of metabolic functions is expounded in this paper.And what should also be dealt with respectively in the toxicity study on anaerobic digestion are the acidproducing bacteria,the methane-producing bacteria and the coexistence of the two in fermentation liquid.The generally applied method for determining the inhibition degree of poisons is evaluated and a new method is introduced on two concepts of the average relative activation and the momentary relative activation.更多还原
